Exercise Co-ordinator

Salary: £21,548-£22,458

Hours: 35 hours per week – permanent.

You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to build rapport and engage with members.

You will actively contribute ideas to management and be responsible to the Exercise Duty Manager. Ensuring the Club is appropriately staffed to allow members to exercise at an individually safe and effective level you will carry out induction of new members, interact with all other staff and maintain a safe environment in the gyms.

As set out in the letter of appointment, this job description, person specification and employee handbook. There are two posts of 35 hours per week working a cross cover rota.
